The OhioHealth Physician Leadership Academy Framework Series is open to physician and APP leaders in PH2/PH3 roles (Physician Career Framework). As a cohort group, participants begin to understand and apply key leadership skills during this quarterly series. Participants can enroll throughout the year.

AUDIENCE: PH2 Physician Leads, Committee Chairs, Peer Supporters, Care Connect Champions, Site Coordinators, MEC Committee Members

PH3 Service Line Lead Physician, Clinical Process Improvement Chair, Envoy, Advanced Envoy, Associate/Asst Program Director



Objectives
After completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Develop leadership development plan utilizing the 70/20/10 development model.
  2. Evaluate your strengths and opportunities for growth within 2 of the 4 pillars of Emotional Intelligence (self-awareness, social awareness).
  3. Identify a behavior you need to demonstrate to increase EQ.
  4. Identify the four communication styles utilizing DiSC.
