Objectives
After completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Participants should be able to associate obstetrical history with future cardiovascular risks
  2. Participants should be able to evaluate women specific risks for cardiovascular disease and confidently counsel patients and recommend appropriate referrals/evaluation
  3. Participants should be able to more confidently understand and implement glucose regulation in pregnancy specific to phases of care: antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum
