The OhioHealth MedTeach on the Go + Physician Leadership Academy Collaboration Series is an introduction to fundamental leadership skills and is open to all physicians and APPs. As a cohort group, participants begin to understand and apply key leadership skills during this 12-month series.



Objectives
After completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe the "invisible tax" experienced by POC.
  2. Define "microaggression."
  3. Create an allyship plan to support POC residents and faculty.
