The Quarterly Retreat is designed to teach and inform associates about the latest updates and changes surrounding an HRO, associate onboarding, applications in Qlik, A3 learning/practice and social determinants of health.


Objectives
After completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Provide standardized professional development across all OhioHealth campuses with informative topics that align with organizational goals.
  2. Implement a new approach for associate onboarding and development.
  3. Discuss HRO updates, the day-to-day implementation and how that impacts your role in Quality.
  4. Demonstrate how to navigate Qlik and recognize the information in provides.
  5. Practice A3 thinking by participating in A3 case studies and group discussions.
  6. Recognize social determinants of health and our current work strategies at OhioHealth.
