After completing this module, you should understand the purpose and value of clinically integrated networks, and how clinical integration at OhioHealth tackles the evolving complexities of healthcare reform. You will learn about the network’s goals and governance structure, and hear from network leadership about resources available to your practice, providers and patients. 

1. Explain what value based care is from a Provider perspective.
2. Describe what a value based contract is and what is meant by risk.
3. Recognize what value based contracts mean for CIN Providers.
