2020 OhioHealth Perinatal Safety Symposium Videos

This is a video series based upon the live symposium on January 27, 2020.

OhioHealth is committed to maternal safety and has established the goal to become the safest place for Mother and Infant Care, "where mothers want to deliver and exceptional care is standard." In the United States, maternal mortality and morbidity is rising and OhioHealth is committed to provide exceptional care at all of its care sites to ensure WE are making a difference. This event will discuss the collaborative, system wide, physician led initiatives to implement the AIM safety bundles (including hypertension and hemorrhage management) as well as introduce the Perinatal Support Unit and other projects that ultimately will enhance the quality and safety of the care we are providing for the moms and their babies within central Ohio. "Every mom, Every Baby, Every time."

3. Review national recommendations to improve maternal safety.
4. Confidently manage high risk obstetrical patients
