OhioHealth Graduate Medical Education Faculty working with residents and fellows have many competing educator roles in addition to clinical care.  During this conference, participants will identify personal strengths and opportunities in working with learners, obtain or advance faculty development skills, and apply best practices.  Leveled learning for new and experienced educators focusing on optimizing feedback, coaching, mitigating bias in evaluations, applying upstander behaviors, teaching learners with different communication styles, and tailoring learner support.
