The Quality Education Retreat is designed to teach and inform associates about the latest updates and changes surrounding the FY 27 scorecard priorities, action planning for safety events, process improvements, AI in the workplace, strategies for collaboration and teamwork.


ACCME Objectives
  1. Provide standardized professional development across all OhioHealth campuses with informative topics that align with organizational goals.
  2. Identify the current work and updates surrounding system scorecard priorities for FY 27.
  3. Develop a comprehensive understanding of a practical framework for strengthening action planning to reduce repeat safety events.
  4. Identify strategies to help bolster and strengthening teamwork in the workplace.
  5. Develop an understanding of the best tools and strategies for process improvement.
  6. Demonstrate the appropriate role and use of AI in the workplace.
