To educate the audience on Lung Cancer review, Palliative Care review and Screening guidelines.


Objectives
  1. Describe the role of Chemo/Radiotherapy in the management of Stage III Non-small cell lung cancer
  2. Describe the incorporation of genomic testing in the treatment of lung cancer patients based on national evidence based guidelines
  3. Recommend the use of immunotherapy and PDL-L1 testing for lung cancer patients
  4. Explain Chemo/Radiotherapy recommendations for small cell lung cancer as is relates to appropriate AJCC clinical stage
  5. Identify optimal timing of palliative care referral in the oncology patient
  6. Identify palliative care team members and roles
  7. Outline recommendations based on evidence based guidelines, regarding the use of opiates and complementary medications/techniques
  8. Identify optimal Hospice utilization
  9. Apply updates with respect to national evidenced based screening guidelines for breast, prostate, lung, and colorectal cancer
  10. Discuss lifestyle recommendations with respect to cancer risk reduction
  11. Discuss HPV vaccination recommendations and progress


Physician:  $75 early bird, $125 after July 24
