New Provider Orientation Online Modules 2025 - 2027

To receive CME credit, you must watch all modules, complete the attestation and the evaluation.  You can receive up to 0.50 hours of CME credit.

This Virtual Activity awards 0.50 Category 1 AMA PRA Credits.

Final module is a Job Aid to navigate CloudCME in attending future activities

Claim Credit:
You can only claim CME credit for this activity once. It is recommended that you view all the modules before completing this step. 

1. Complete the attestation questions. 
2. Complete the evaluation.

* Once the Attestation is completed and results provided, click Take Test to access the evaluation.

* You will be prompted to submit the number of hours spent in the activity up to the number of credit hours awarded (0.50).  

* Once you have submitted your evaluation and received CME credit, you will not be able to receive additional credit for the activity as it will be marked as complete.
