The effectiveness of our provider leadership has an immense impact on the quality of the patient care and service we provide and the future of OhioHealth. As leaders, you are a driving influence on the organization and those around you. For all these reasons it is vital that our provider leaders continue to refine their leadership skills. The annual OhioHealth Provider Leadership Symposium was designed completely with provider leaders in mind. As a participant, you will be able to engage in sessions focused on understanding the complex system in which we work, developing necessary skills to work through multifaceted problems, and navigating your journey to becoming the best leader you can. The afternoon includes an optional networking hour dedicated to building connections with fellow leaders.
