The Quarterly Retreat is designed to teach and inform associates about the latest updates and changes surrounding aHRO,workplace violence, key projects, and updates in the quality space at OhioHealth, as well as navigating excel and data visualization.


Objectives
After completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Provide standardized professional development across all OhioHealth campuses with informative topics that align with organizational goals.
  2. Learn about current concepts surrounding workplace violence and the strategies OhioHealth is implementing surrounding this topic.
  3. Discuss HRO updates, Just Culture, HRO heroes at OhioHealth and how that impacts your role in Quality.
  4. Demonstrate how to navigate Excel and recognize the information it provides.
  5. Identify various ways data can be visualized in table and graphs to help develop skills at data storytelling.
