In the day-to-day business of documentation, productivity reports and administrative headaches, too many of us lose a close personal connection to why we do the work we do. In this session, Jason Daily will share with us what it takes to be a successful speech pathologist at a High Reliability Organization – fully engaged and connected to your personal and professional mission. You’ll learn a framework for living a life that inspires you to action and keeps you interested in your own story by helping you articulate how your role as a Speech-Pathologist coincides with OhioHealth’s overall mission to improve the health of those we serve.

After this session, attendees will be able to clearly articulate how their role coincides with the mission of their organization

Speaker: Jason Daily is the founder of Anchored Leadership, helping individuals and teams become better leaders by improving their self-awareness, communication skills and coaching capabilities.  He has spent the past decade coaching 5,000+ leaders across three continents to lead and communicate courageously and authentically.  He was most recently a team member of the OhioHealth Leadership Academy (5 years), where he led executive and team coaching, as well as program management for their high-potential development programs.  Jason is a certified speech-language pathologist, is certified as an executive coach through the International Coach Federation, and is a certified Enneagram Practitioner in the Narrative Tradition.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
A. OhioHealth Cancellation: OhioHealth reserves the right to cancel or delay a course due to any unforeseen circumstances. In the event a course is cancelled, OhioHealth will refund all registration fees. OhioHealthis not responsible for any travel, hotel or other costs incurred.
B. Participant Cancellation: If a participant cancels, a refund of the conference fee minus an administrative charge of 25% of the registration fee will be made if written notice of cancellation is received no later than one week prior to the event. Exceptions may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
C. Inclement Weather: If a participant is unable to attend due to inclement weather (Level 3 Snow Emergency), refund of the registration fee minus 25% administrative charge will be issued.
D. Exceptions: Exceptions are considered at the discretion of the primary activity planner on a case-by-case basis.
