Objectives
After completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  8. Recognize the fundamentals of healthcare finance for leaders.
  9. Identify the physicians’ role in the future of healthcare in a high reliability organization (HRO).
  10. Discuss the physician’s role in improving and providing an exceptional patient experience.
  11. Identify the components & characteristics of a physician leader in a transformational healthcare environment.
  12. Explore accounting, skills to improve business acumen, and financial strategies used by healthcare organizations.
