The OhioHealth Primary and Ambulatory Care Clinical Guidance Council (PACCGC) is a multidisciplinary team charged with advancing quality and patient safety for our Primary Care patients across the system and within the Clinically Integrated Network (CIN). This is accomplished by considering opportunities to standardize evidence-based practice, eliminating clinical variation, evaluating practice against common standards, developing performance criteria, and recommending quality and safety initiatives.


Objectives
After completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify variations in clinical practice or policy, and, where appropriate, recommend best clinical practices or policy.
  2. Identify clinical and operational barriers to best clinical practice and work with clinical subject matter exerts and operational leaders to pursue system standard operations that promote clinical best practice.
  3. Develop and recommend system outcomes and process measures.
