As our organization grows, it is important to provide continual standardized educational opportunities to all of our associates in the Quality Division. The Quarterly Retreat is designed to teach and inform associates about the latest updates and changes surrounding an HRO, regulatory topics, applications in Vizient, giving and receiving feedback and system prioritization (FY24 Scorecard, “True North” Standards, Future Quality Strategy).



Objectives
After completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Provide standardized professional development across all OhioHealth campuses with informative topics that align with organizational goals.
  2. Discuss why OhioHealth is moving towards an HRO and how that impacts your role in Quality.
  3. Demonstrate how to run a Vizient report and recognize the information it provides.
  4. Apply effective ways to give and receive feedback in your workspace.
  5. Recognize the recent changes and updates in regulatory standards.
