This course will provide updated resources and references regarding the importance of fall prevention, screening tools to identify potential fallers, and interventions to reduce falls and injury for physical and occupational therapists. This course will provide a translation of knowledge to apply screening tools and outcome measures to current EMR functions so clinicians implement new learning immediately.


Objectives
After completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
