This group will serve as a panel of experts to identify, act on, and track opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to improve quality metrics. Will review outcomes as measured by the Quality Scorecard


ACCME Objectives
  1. Review current fiscal year Customer Experience report and recognize the perceived quality of care.
  2. Review and recognize any disparities in the current fiscal year Marion Primary and Specialty Care OPG performance metrics and actual improvements based on the CareConnect Logic.
  3. Identify shortcomings of currently employed methodologies to minimize these disparities in actual performance among Marion Primary and Specialty Care and propose/discuss remedies which may be applied to the upcoming fiscal year.
  4. Review, analyze, and approve or modify the proposed next fiscal year performance metrics and any changes imposed by the CareConnect Logic.
  5. Present and discuss any further committee business such as back-to-business safety audits, staffing levels, etc., and peer review if applicable.
