The Oncology Formulary Subcommittee (OFS) is a a subcommittee of P&T. We meet quarterly about 2-3 weeks before each P&T meeting. During this meeting we review and discuss an array of oncology topics including but not limited to: new oncology drugs, current oncology policies, prescribing guidelines, prescribing restrictions, and drug shortages. Committee members review drug monographs, and participate in discussions that help shape oncology care at OhioHealth.


Objectives
After completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Apply new information gained about oncolytic agents to clinical practice
  2. Evaluate current evidence-based literature as it applies to oncology practice.
