After completing this module, participants will understand the purpose and value of clinically integrated networks and how clinical integration at OhioHealth tackles the evolving complexities of healthcare reform. Participants will gain an understanding of OhioHealth CIN goals and governance structure, and hear from CIN leadership about resources available to OhioHealth CIN practices, providers and patients. 


Objectives
After completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Explain the importance of a Clinically Integrated Network.
  2. Describe OhioHealth's CIN journey from historical to current state.
  3. Recognize resources available to OhioHealth's CIN providers.
