Variable learning styles can present challenges to both learners and preceptors. This session aims to understand how to identify learning styles and help preceptors create an individualized approach to enrich the preceptor-learner experience


Objectives

After completion of this activity, participants will be able to:


  1. Describe common learning styles that may be encountered in practice
  2. Explain the for rights of the Pharmacy Educational Consumer
  3. Identify adjustments to rotation experience in response to a challenging learner
