The Quality and Nursing Educational Retreat is designed to teach and inform associates about the latest updates and changes surrounding local versus nations concerns, inspiring quality initiatives, iCare, countermeasures, 5 why processes, Just Culture case scenarios and ODH/TJC preparation using AMP tracers.


Objectives
After completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Provide standardized professional development across all OhioHealth campuses with informative topics that align with organizational goals.
  2. Recognize national versus local concerns/events and the current work happening surrounding these concerns.
  3. Discuss the 5 why process and understanding countermeasures.
  4. Demonstrate how to navigate iCare by learning about dashboards, searches and understanding the information it provides.
  5. Recognize ODH/TJC preparation by using AMP tracers as a guide.
