Julie Adams is the Program Director over Physician Leadership Development at OhioHealth and oversees the OhioHealth Physician Leadership Academy.  She graduated with her Bachelors in Communications from Bowling Green State University and received her Masters of Science in Education from the University of Dayton.  Julie is an internal executive coach and received her coaching certification from the Hudson Institute and is an associate certified coach through the International Coaching Federation.  Julie was a part of a small work group who created the content for the Courageous Conversations course.
