Dr. Winstanley has been the Program Director of Neuropsychology for Ohio Health Rehabilitation Hospital since 2018. He provides clinical services to patients in the inpatient setting at OHRH, as well as provides continuum of clinical care to patients in the Ohio Health Neurological Rehabilitation facilities. Dr. Winstanley was awarded his Ph.D. in Neuropsychology in 2006 from the California School of Professional Psychology. He completed his postdoctoral fellowship from the Medical College of Wisconsin with specialized training in electrocortical stimulation (ECS) mapping. He was awarded a fully funded one-year additional research fellowship through the Epilepsy Foundation of America for his research in electrocortical stimulation mapping. After completing this fellowship, he obtained appointment of Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery, Director of Neuropsychology, for the Yale Comprehensive Epilepsy Center. His current research is focused on transcranial direct current stimulation mapping in patients with disorders of consciousness.
